Amigurumi/Toy Making Crochet Course

Service Description

This course will cover all the tricks and techniques to make really good, safe (for children) toys using both regular acrylic yarn as well as chenille/plush yarn. It's a 5 week course with 4 toy patterns (building skills with each one). We start small and build to a bigger, more encompassing pattern. As it's the run up to Christmas, there will also be one or two bonus Christmas makes thrown in!! You'll have your Christmas gifts ready to go by the end of the course! I will provide materials for the first 3 patterns (smaller ones) and then for the bigger, main pattern, you would choose your own yarn. Safety eyes, toy stuffing etc all provided in the cost, too. Course starts on Thursday 5th September 2026 and has 5 sessions until 3rd December 2026 Time is 6.30 til 8pm. Location is The Barn, Pye Road, Heswall. Please note: there are stairs at The Barn to access the teaching space upstairs.
