Amigurumi/Toy Making Crochet Course

Service Description

This course will cover all the tricks and techniques to make really good, safe (for children) toys using both regular acrylic yarn as well as chenille/plush yarn. It's a 5 week course (spread over 6 weeks with a gap in the middle - see dates below) with 4 toy patterns (building skills with each one). We start small and build to a bigger, more encompassing pattern. I will provide materials for the first 3 patterns (smaller ones) and then for the bigger, main pattern, you would choose your own yarn. Safety eyes, toy stuffing etc all provided in the cost, too. Course starts on Thursday 4th September 2025 and has 5 sessions over a 6 week period. The dates are as follows: 4th Sept 11th Sept (week's gap) 25th Sept 2nd October 9th October Time is 6.30 til 8pm. Location is The Barn, Pye Road, Heswall. Please note: there are stairs at The Barn to access the teaching space upstairs. Refreshments included.
